"There was some confusion at check in, I added the name of the second person in the room, and it didn’t show my name on the reservation. We didn’t have breakfast there."

"I was put into a room next to a family and it had an attached door. When I went to make sure my side of the door was locked my “neighbor” accused me of knocking on the door very loudly and decided to threaten me. I went to the front desk and asked to be moved as my “neighbor” followed me down there. The staff put me on the other side of this person instead of somewhere else in this big empty hotel. The lobby smells like cannabis and cigarettes, and there are loud, cursing children running around. I did not even spend the night. I left and found a new hotel to stay up. Good luck I’m very thankful to Hotels.com for helping me handle this customer service nightmare."

"Very clean room. Didn't try the breakfast. The offering was too basic. My wife tried the coffee and it needs improvement. Offer stronger colombian coffee."

"Courtyard Marriott is a great place to stay! Roomy rooms, clean, quiet. The website lists a restaurant, but it is more like a deli-take out restaurant. Breakfast is à la carte."

"For the most part, our stay was wonderful. It would have been top-notch if we'd been told ahead of time that we should make breakfast reservations early so we didn't arrive and find out we only had breakfast options at 7:30 am or 10am. 7:30 was too early for our kids and we wanted to be at Legoland when it opened at 10am so we ended up ordering a breakfast delivery instead of enjoying the complimentary hot breakfast offered as part of our stay. We did make a dinner reservation at the Bricks and were a bit taken aback at how expensive it was for the choices offered. We were able to make a breakfast reservation for our second day there for 8:45am so that was great! "
