"If you’ve spent days travelling to this apartment and then told it was not available and you’ve got no where else to go. Then this is the apartment is for you. I had to spend my nights on a friend sofa in Wolverhampton and only got part of my payment back which I’m still disputing."

"Excellent location, room was clean and tidy but there were lots of issues with the stay- from none of the taps working in the bar, coffee machine not working, most options we chose for evening meals weren’t available or had parts of the meal missing and lots of breakfast items missing which were replaced when we asked. (Avoid the juices - these weren’t nice !) Staff were friendly and helpful but it wasn’t the best experience with so much “not available” or “not working”"

"Apartment excellent, cannot be faulted. Free secure parking also a bonus. Didn’t feel particularly safe walking around the area but kept together so ok."

"Overall the apartment is nice but there were a few issues which could be improved on. Mouldy food was left in the fridge, dead flowers on the table which started to smell, the bedding wasn’t neat & towels were just left in a pile. Lack of mugs (only 1) and no normal glasses (only wine glasses) the bedsheet didn’t fit & kept coming off as it was too small. Broken curtains in the bedroom & no blinds at all in the main room. Communication from the host was good. "
