"If you’ve spent days travelling to this apartment and then told it was not available and you’ve got no where else to go. Then this is the apartment is for you. I had to spend my nights on a friend sofa in Wolverhampton and only got part of my payment back which I’m still disputing."

"Excellent location, room was clean and tidy but there were lots of issues with the stay- from none of the taps working in the bar, coffee machine not working, most options we chose for evening meals weren’t available or had parts of the meal missing and lots of breakfast items missing which were replaced when we asked. (Avoid the juices - these weren’t nice !) Staff were friendly and helpful but it wasn’t the best experience with so much “not available” or “not working”"

"Apartment excellent, cannot be faulted. Free secure parking also a bonus. Didn’t feel particularly safe walking around the area but kept together so ok."

"Great stay at broadway residence. Location was perfect, very central and good access to buses and trams. Apartment was basic, a little bit worn in places, but had everything we needed. Read the instructions about using the water heating system, we didn’t and ran out of hot water. Communication with seven living was brilliant, easily contacted by phone or email. Staff on the front desk also really friendly and helpful. Already planning our next visit 😁"
