"Air conditioner worked the temp being at 71 the room was freezing put it to 74 it just made it humid. Also the vents only went one way we couldn't control the flow of the air and I ended up with pneumonia "

"I would not recommend staying at this hotel that seems more like a motel. The room had a nasty moldy smell with mold on the AC. It also smelled like the Ac had mold in it blowing into the room. There were stains on the sheets and headboards. The part of the hotel that was okay was the entrance and veranda. I definitely feel swindled based off of ratings they have on Expedia. Breakfast was a waffle and premade eggs you warm up, imagine McDonald's eggs. If my flight hadnt landed at 1am in the morning I would have requested a refund and went someplace else. "

"This was a one night stay and it was good for that purpose. Upon walking into the hotel you can noticed that’s things looked a bit dated. Inside of the room at first sight everything looked great but then I noticed that’s the floor was dirty, the bathroom was tidy up but not throughly clean. The facility can be better if the time is invested into at least cleaning better. The AC worked great and we really did not hear a lot noise as I read in other reviews. When people went in and out of their rooms you could hear their door slam but that is to be expected. Our stay was a last minute overnight resting spot. The check in process was rapid without any issues. I would stay here again if I had to."

"The room smelled funky as soon as you walked in the room. There was no running water throughout the facility. The advertisement said breakfast included yet no breakfast was included. They didn’t have bottled water for the guests to drink while the water was out. Staff had poor customer service skills. Overall the hotel need li to come investigate this property."

"The room was not clean ! My stay was only for one night . But there’s a list of information for long term Guest 1 linen change every 14 days 2 take out your garbage 3 extra $$$ I’d you want housekeeping the list is longer but these 3 stuck with me "

"The hotel is well located in a very quiet area of Miami Lakes, with plenty of restaurants nearby, which is definitely a plus. The facilities themselves are good, but unfortunately they seem to be poorly maintained. The rooms have a noticeable humidity issue, and the air conditioning units are not very effective at controlling it. In our case, the bathroom and bathtub drainage did not work properly which made the stay less comfortable. Breakfast was another disappointment. It was not very well presented, and it was removed before the stated time of 9:30 Reservation issues, i booked and pay for a specific type of room, but upon arrival wasn’t available, and they try to assign you a lower-category room without clear accountability or proper resolution. These are issues that management should definitely address, as the property has good potential but needs better attention to detail and service consistency."

"It was okay definitely did not have 3 bathrooms like it said when I booked it. Did have 3 bedrooms but all the beds were different sizes not all queens like noted and it is about 30 to 40 minutes from Miami Beach "
