"The Grove Park Inn used to be a five star property. It’s a 3 at best today. We went to the GPI to celebrate my son’s birthday. Just to hit the high notes, the service from the staff was terrible. They obviously have very little training in hospitality. Absolutely no enthusiasm by the person in the Cafe, the Concierge, or the wait staff. Additionally, the Edison restaurant was a big disappointment. Our waiter rushed us through our dinner, even though there were very few guests in the restaurant....

"Really love the hotel. Other than one staff who did not make eye contact with me when I was checking out, the rest were very professional and nice.
I love the location because it makes it very easy to get t town and back. Thank you for the daily complimentary bottle of water and cookies. I will definitely book this place again"
