"Everything in this beautifully presented and located hotel and staff where 10/10 in my opinion, from my arrival until departure the service,food and location the cleanliness the observation of the staff solving problems before they could arise the total professionalism was fantastic i will be back as someone once said many thanks from this very happy guest .

"Supposed to be a 4 star hotel but a number of issues imo.
Only one lift for a large hotel seems poor. You need to drop off your bags from the car at the entrance as otherwise there are steps to negotiate from the car park. The bar restaurant is frankly very poor in terms of noise and quality of food which arrived so quickly that it was obviously not freshly cooked and was pretty tasteless. "Beautiful cottage, we were here during Darragh but it was warm and comfortable . Only thing I would say is if you don’t know how to light a peat fire research it , lol we had Donagle family to show us the way. But it was wonderful staying here, you can’t go wrong especially if you have a large group with all the bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again "
