"Pros: proximity to airport (about 15 minutes), shuttle to the airport, breakfast, and a gluten free option (pizza) at the restaurant. The restaurant was nice and convenient. Cons: we had a family room that was rundown, the beds were hard, and pillows were not good. I also let them know in advance we would be landing and needed the shuttle, but they wouldn’t arrange a time, they wanted me to call when we had our bags. The call wouldn’t go through and they didn’t read my email, so we had to spend $20 on a taxi and we shouldn’t have needed to do so. The amenity that was most important was a letdown getting there, but they did get us to the airport the next morning because they do schedule departures. Based on reviews I expected a very nice hotel, but it was not the best. Fortunately it was only one night and conveniently near the airport."
