"Booked Premium room at a higher price. I was given a small regular room. Manager upgraded me to a upper class room for free. But the upper class room was stinky and dirty. Carpet and sofa was full of stains. Water leaks from the ceiling. Manager changed my room again but it was little cleaner not much. I booked mountain view room and there was all construction view. Restaurant manager was a lady and she approached us as we were checking out. She asked us to cut a peice of Pastry as a ritual and...

"Good location, near to airport. Friendly staff."

"The AC was not working properly and not cooling below 27 degrees. We checked in late night and adjusted it to 23 and till morning it was not moved below 27. Property is at a good location. Breakfast is ok with most items being cold."

"The room was average and the first issue I noticed was that the shower drainage was completely clogged and I had to stop my shower and have the maintenance clean up! This should have been taken care of prior to letting the hotel guests in."

"The room was exactly as advertised. Big and spacious. Hot water was good. Rooftop restaurant is wonderful with great service and very good menu. Very nice spread for breakfast. Also, when we asked for extra supplies in the room they were very promptly delivered. All in all a very good stay. "
