"We really appreciated a splurge here. However, the communication was a bit poor at booking (listing) and leading up to arrival on what was included. We went during off season in spring, and it was delightful. I definitely recommend but call their customer service after booking to get a better understanding of what is going on."

Highly recommended! The week we spent at the hotel was unforgettable. The room cleanliness was excellent, the fireplace in each room was super cozy, and the landscapes were breathtaking and unforgettable. We will be back soon!"

"An amazing hospitality and dinner experience after a pretty long road. I thought I would never feel welcomed like years ago in the Andes Lodge (close to Puelo, also in Patagonia)… but Sebastian, Hernán, Chris & Co exceeded by far our expectations in terms of service and gastronomy. Sad I just booked for one night… but I will be back shortly and for a longer stay. Congrats to the team !"
