"房間地毯有水積，有一種難聞的味道。早餐選種極少，沒有冷牛奶，只有熱牛奶，侍應服務態度懶散加上連基本上的食物都沒有，如煙肉，香腸，炒麺，太少選擇了。個人以為福朋四星級酒店是有水準，結果令人太失望。不會再入住此酒店，更不會推薦給任何人。"

"Pictures of the hotel looks to be decades old compared to the current hotels standards.
Pool was closed and most outdoor areas needed repair, updating and cleaning.
No bar available only a small supermarked.
