"Loved the pool. Parking was great and easy. Location was easy to find. Staff were helpful. Showers were very small. Bathrooms smelled a bit - plumbing problems perhaps need fixing. Hotel is a bit dated and needs a renovation."

The staff is so accommodating and wonderful - they are there to help you with anything you need and are always polite and cheerful. Rooms are absolutely beautiful and they keep them clean! "This hotel property has the potential to be an amazing stay along the beach front. Very disappointed lack of communication from the reception staff. The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!! Housekeeping was clean but unpleasant smell through the air conditioning. Strained carpets throughout the building and room. Have stayed there before thought may have been improved. I will never...
