"The owner didn’t reply on messages or phone calls. Not on the day or arrival or the next day. There was no open reception as decribed. We never got to stay there, and unfortunately had to find another place to stay on arrival and then another place for the rest of our stay the second day. Very stressful and disappointing, when travelling with children. When asking for a refund, the host was not helpful or understanding. Avoid this place."

"This place is such a gem 💎 The staff here are so amazing and friendly and really care about their guests. The facility is nice, new, and clean and has everything a traveler could want. I am definitely going to recommend this place for anyone who plans on visiting Saigon."

"I had a terrible experience with this stay. I arrived late and there is no one on the lobby, I keep calling them no answer, knocked the front gate, no answer, about an hour later, I have to go find a other hotel’s at 3 am in a unknown country by myself!!!!! The hotel over called me back or email me for checks in … I try to get the refund and they rejected saying that was my fault and didn’t show up ontime!!! Please please don’t book with them.."

"Photos of the basic unit is for a different property across street that hotel claims to not know why it's posted. I couldn't receive refund so had to stay in their provided unit that is 1/3 of the size of one I booked. Room had some appliances that didn't work well and no TV remote."

"Honestly have no word. The listing was really nice, but days before the checking was moved to another room. One the checkout day, although the checking process with the owner was good, i was given another different room from what I was told. Room felt like it was someone else else and yeah… i basically checked out same night"
