Very good

This hotel is just beautiful. The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff are really sweet and helpful. The front desk staff were kind as well, but there was an issue: they did not have my reservation. I booked through Expedia and had conversations with the hotel through their messaging portal. However, they could not find my reservation and I was on hold with Expedia customer service for 1.25 hours. I won't get into that too much since I think it was a fluke, but the staff -- who don't speak...

Immaculate rooms and very spacious. Breakfast was great with many options. Please note that the couches in the breakfast room should be replaced. They are very low for sitting to eat against the higher table.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

It was my first time coming to China and the staff made it the best travel experience I ever had

Great hotel. My second time staying.

I’m staying in a non smoking room/floor but I do still smell cigarettes smoke in my room.

There is two Hotel in this building lol which it doesn't make sense and the price for 27th floor and under is almost half lol

早餐，員工友好，盡责。多谢你们給我一个愉快的一日。再次感謝！

Amazing staff, spacious room and beautiful bathroom interiors.

Staff members were very helpful

Excellent!

Very nice hotel and it's great because it's across the street from a beautiful Park.

Hotel is very good overall. Coach bus from Guangzhou airport is extra to this hotel. As you know the poor trafic in Guangzhou, if you need to come to shishan nanhai from airport, this is the best hotel to stay. I will stay this hotel next time i come to shishan.

Good
