"I spent a very relaxing 7 nights while in Pienza on business.The hotel was very comfortable, breakfast was very good and the staff were all incredibly freindly and helpful."

"The room was really clean and as described. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed and that was not mentioned on the site. I learned about it the day before my arrival. Fortunately, the host had good restaurant suggestions. The hotel advertise a pool and a jacuzzi, they have both but the pool was VERY cold (normal in April) and the jacuzzi was not inviting (bee nest, Luke warm, in the shade...). "The hotel is nicely situated, and staff was ready and helpful in securing parking. The public spaces are welcoming, spacious and cosy. The breakfast alone is worth staying here--unbelievable. We stayed in many similar hotels during our visit of Tuscany, and this breakfast is EPIC. What a lovely way to start the day! "
