"This property is advertised as an upscale oceanfront venue. It is anything but that. The employees were lovely - whomever owns the resort has allowed it to fall into disarray with no hot water, toilets not flushing, sliding doors not opening, no waterfront activities as advertised (tricycles, bicycles, kayaks, etc...) not available. The beach is a block away and worth the short walk. Subpar is being generous in relation to the property itself."

There was a shortage in the water heater, which the owner had replaced also while we were there but you got an electrical shock when you touched the spicket in the showers and the sinks in the bathroom. The owners did what they could to fix them , but we kept on getting shocked. The owner did drop off fresh fish, which was very kind, but never took...
