"Great location if you need to catch a train or catch a taxi. Good service at the hotel Lovely cafe down the road for a cake and a coffee. Our room was opposite the lift, so alot of noise from door banging. Clean rooms but an own little kettle and coffee or tea would have been nice 🤔 Thank you anyway for our short stay, and we will stay again."

"The very limited number of staff do as good a job as possible. This probably keeps costs down, but it can make it hard to find service. Consider this hotel for presentations and conferences if there's no need to be in town. The accommodation is good. There are usually taxis waiting opposite the door: 10-15 mins to the centre of Madrid. "

"For a 4 star hotel I would expect a kettle in the room. The bathroom was clearly new but empty (no hangers for shower towels). No bidet either. Very comfortable bed and huge room. The staircase smell of fried oil,not pleasant. The view is magnificent. Parking was good as well."

"The hotel staff is very kind and professional. The room was incredibly spacious for the four of us. The breakfast was very good as well. The hotel is right off the highway, so you can get to the center of Madrid and to the airport within 30 to 35 minutes depending if traffic. It is an easy ride to both areas. There are places to go shopping and dining close to the hotel. I would recommend it. "
