Limited dining at the hotel and the ocean view room didn’t deliver on the promise on the third floor but if you were lucky enough to be on the fifth or higher certainly did. Not enough pool chairs with shade options. Great pool diversity though. Overall a great time but definitely doesn’t inspire “have to come back” feelings. "

"This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Understated and tasteful elegance. Fantastic rooms with amazing balconies, world class beach, impeccable service, excellent grounds, fine dining at Manta, but also a beachfront casual bar/restaurant, and Copper Bar in between and our favorite. They have an Asian Art Collection worthy of a museum. This was out of our usual price range, a big splurge, and worth every penny. We are already trying to figure out how to swing it to go back next winter. "
