"There is an open air parking area at the rear of the hotel. There is a flight of stairs at the rear door to get up to the main lobby floor. The lift provided there was out of order through most of my stay and my 89 year old mother had to make her way up and down the stairs. Similarly the breakfast room was a floor above the lobby and my mother had to climb the stairs up and down each morning. If there was a lift to get there, no member of staff pointed out where it was. "

M-F they offer send out dry cleaning services, but there’s no laundry available. Important to know on an extended trip to the UK."

"I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had an issue that significantly affected my comfort. The bathroom did not have a motorized ventilator or fan, which meant there was no proper airflow. As a result, unpleasant odors from the bathroom lingered throughout the entire room. While the staff were courteous and the room itself was otherwise clean, the lack of proper ventilation is a basic amenity I expected, and it made the stay uncomfortable. "We have just returned from a lovely trip staying at the Woburn. We had a fantastic room. Staff were excellent. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food and service were great. Breakfast was delicious. I definitely recommend and will return soon. "

"They should have the resources to fix the hot water delivery. A sign on the mirror that says it could be up to ten minutes of running the water till it gets hot is not adequate."
