"On a couple of occasions, we also had to ask more than once for face towels, which was another small but noticeable service issue.

"My stay was a disappointment. I had specifically booked a deluxe double room online, but when I checked in, they gave me a standard room. And if that wasn't enough, the breakfast was a total letdown, there weren't many options to choose from. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."
"The room was very large, very clean, responsive staff to all requests, and plenty of services in and around the property. Excellent value for the price"
"I’ve stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions and have found the location great. Very close to restaurants and shops and far away enough to be in a very quiet and peaceful location.
The F&B staff and Housekeeping team especially the housekeeping manager are all amazing, extremely polite, helpful, friendly and go above and beyond, thank you for this, you are the reason I came back a second time and you proved you are consistent.

"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I would suggest the hotel to have better insulation as cold air kept creeping through whilst it was already cold. The bed sheet were slightly stained which was disappointing. The main building of the hotel was pretty and the breakfast was just okay nothing spectacular. There was free parking available for those driving. The hotel is a 15/20 mins drive to Mall Road. The staff at the hotel were kind and professional."
"Worst stay ever. I was bitten by mosquitoes in the room. Imagine that in May heat they had exquisite mosquitoes! Breakfast was terrible although staff member did being me some fried eggs on demand, Thank God. Staff especially at the reception ( person named musawar) was especially rude. Told me a rule three times over including calling me to know my personal phone nber. Really made me feel guilty without me breaking any of hotel rules. Overall bad and terrible experience..."
