When we asked to leave and get our money back, we were refused. We deiced to stay. Once we looked closer the mold turned out to be much worse than originally thought. I would reconsider the background music by the pool and beach bar. 1) Change playlists more regularly. 2) Allows for some "silent" hours with no music. 3) The area with the blue sofas should NOT have music at all during the day.
