"Really love staying at this hotel. The Hansen was something that we used each day and was very nice. The only thing I would say to travelers is that the area in which the hotel is located not many restaurants are open during the evening. Most restaurants close at 5 PM. There are a few maybe a handful that stay open to 9. The area is very quiet and clean and close to temples, which is an added bonus."

"This was a cozy little hotel in the small town and the room had a nice water view. The room was clean and it had a vanity and toilet (with no bath), but it was absolutely sufficient for us. The hot spring was on the top floor with nice view as well. The meals were nice. The dinner was "kaiseki" style where each person was served a set menu. It was pretty and tasty as well. We liked their breakfast buffet as well, although they served many of the same items every day. (We stayed 3 days) ...

"Property very clean, and staff was very nice. We could enjoy the onsen with ocean view in the room. It's far from the city but overall, my stay was very quiet and relaxing. Recommend to take a taxi from the JR Choshi station, so you don't need to wait or worry about the schedule of the CD line. It's easy when going back to Tokyo, cuz the bus stop is right in front of the hotel."
