"Please request for a room near the lobby so that you wont need to call for a buggy service. My friend has waited for quite some time(Sometimes more than 30mins) for the buggy service to arrive. I stayed near to the lobby so I can walk to the restaurant and the lobby area easily. Need to get more English speaking staff there. The restaurants food are great. My boys enjoy the Dino park and the Splash. But the water in the splash is very cold. Hope they can do something about it. Almost every kids...

"They change the name I think, and undergoes some renovation which the noise can be heard a little from inside the room. "Hotel is of a good standard with a good selection of value accomodation. The pool area is top notch and the bar and restaurant first class. The staff are really friendly, but more are needed during busy checkin periods.The shuttle from the airport could do with being at least once every hour. we missed ours and got a taxi as we didn,t want to sit around for 2 hours for the sake of 30 ringit taxi fare"
