"絆ファミリールームを子ども連れ用とは思わずに夫婦で利用しました。ベッドは快適でしたが、ベッドからテレビが見えなかったのが残念。メインスペースが畳だったので足の弱った年寄りにはちょっと辛かったです。
部屋は古いけれどもきれいに整っていて特に問題はありません。
朝、カーテンを開けたときの窓からの眺望は素晴らしかったです。
大浴場は広くて、湯船がいくつもあり、露天風呂もあってのんびりとくつろぐことができました。
到着が遅くなり、夕食が8時からになってしまったのが残念だった。ビュッフェは非常に多くの種類が提供され、地元の食材を美味しく調理されてどれも美味しくいただきました。朝食のビュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。"

"Our stay was a very special traditional ryokan experience. The location right next to the river/waterfall makes for a scenic backdrop, that just elevates the experience. Our room was rather big and we loved the decor. The spas are large and all have an in- and outdoor area. We also booked massages and the private spa and both where very nice. Breakfast is traditional japanese. We went by car and there was parking close to the hotel, but there is also a bus station right in front of the lobby."

We stayed in a Japanese-style room with a city view, and the view from the 12th floor was amazing. We arrived before 3:00 p.m., and our room was ready within five minutes. However, we noticed a large dust ball on the floor, which concerned us slightly since we slept directly on the floor for two nights.
The hotel is located on a hillside, and the restaurant only operates during breakfast and dinner hours. Fortunately, the breakfast and dinner buffets made our stay easier and allowed us more...
