"We had a great stay at this hotel which is on the south side of the river about a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. There is a tram station very close-by. The rooms were well furnished and a reasonable size. The bathroom had a bath/shower. We booked a river-view room and felt that this was well worth the extra cost. The breakfast was fabulous and one of the best that we have had in any hotel. There is a fantastic range of items, the restaurant is spacious and items are kept topped up. We also used the small pool and spa. Overall, a great stay and we would look to stay here again if we returned to Krakow."

"The rooms were clean, staff were courteous and the breakfast was really good continental and had variety. The hotel also packed sandwiches to take for the day trip. We stayed for 4 nights and could not fault the place. The hotel was also ideally located near the pilgrimage sites we wanted to visit in Krakow 👌👏👏"

"Perfect location for our visit to the salt mine museum and then to Krakow city. The train station is just down the road and so is the museum. We ate at the restaurant after visiting the museum and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We travelled by campervan and having convenient open air and secure parking was a must for us. The room was soundproofed and comfy if perhaps a little dated but nothing to put us off at all."
