"Good stay. Clean, comfortable. Good location, near Kazmierz (one tram stop away, short walk from hotel to tram). Decent breakfast buffet (extra charge). Only real concern was the bathtub/shower was challenging to enter and exit, even more so for someone with any mobility issues. Not sure if they have accessible rooms, but would ask for one next time."

"Hotel was a very clean & modern one. Location was very good (worth using the tram system though to get back into the main city area) & tram stop (Korona) just outside for ease of access. Access into the building was good (coded through all doors) & you don’t need any keys. Breakfast was a little dis-appointing in as much you have to walk to the sister hotel (for a cooked breakfast) which is around a 5 minute journey (if weather was bad you could be wet by the time you arrive), or alternatively you can have a cold breakfast delivered. Hotel is within easy walking to the Ghetto area & Schindler factory if you are visiting for that purpose. Good value for money & all in, I would happily stay there again!"

"Stayed here as a family of 3 in September in a superior room. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk away from the Jewish quarter and around 30 minutes from the old town. The hotel is beautiful and staff are very helpful and speak very good English. We were lucky to check in early as our room was ready and wow it was so lovely. Very decent sized room with everything you’d need. Big bedroom with a king size bed and the living area had a double sofa bed already set up for us. Both very comfortable and plenty of space to move around and store luggage. We also had a kitchenette which was very handy and the bathroom is huge, bath, separate shower and a sink with a unit for extra storage. Plenty of towels provided. Breakfast was excellent also, plenty to choose from. We didn’t use the spa or gym so comment on that but we didn’t venture down to look and it was very clean. There’s public transport straight outside the building so very easy to get anywhere and very cheap. 0.80p for a 15 min ticket on the tram, old town only 5 stops away. There’s also a zabka (local shop) right next door and 2 more within a minutes walk. We felt very safe walking around all of krakow even at 11pm at night with a teenage daughter. We absolutely loved our stay and krakow is absolutely beautiful! When we return (most definitely will) then we would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much! P.S thank you for the lovely fruit platter we received in our room for our anniversary!"

We stayed for 4 nights and could not fault the place. The hotel was also ideally located near the pilgrimage sites we wanted to visit in Krakow 👌👏👏"

"Perfect location for our visit to the salt mine museum and then to Krakow city. The train station is just down the road and so is the museum. We ate at the restaurant after visiting the museum and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We travelled by campervan and having convenient open air and secure parking was a must for us. The room was soundproofed and comfy if perhaps a little dated but nothing to put us off at all."
