"This is probably on me, didn’t know the spa is not included with the stay. Pictures shown on the property, but separate company/business? If I’m going back to faroe, I would just go to the spa. Don’t get me wrong, it is a very nice fancy hotel, everything was clean and look nice, but what got me to stay there at first was the spa/hot tub pool, since it’s a separate service, don’t have to stay in a $400-500/night hotel. Staff were super nice and helpful though."

"There are plenty of parking spaces, although exiting the hotel is a little difficult to make a right turn. The keypad of my room phone was not working, the faucet sensor stopped working and no water came out. We were casually asked to use a shared bathroom on a different floor before a technician can fix it on the following day. They had no intention to address the phone problem either. Service level is under par for a four star hotel."

"This was a very nice hotel but the room was incredibly small. My husband and I are not large people but it was challenging to have our luggage plus us in the room as there is little storage. I would recommend removing the iron and ironing board and simply have it available for those who need it."

"We had a flooded shower room. Felt bad about the couple below us, it was dripping water down to their room. However the staff was helpful to come quickly to fix the issue."

"The house is beautiful and the view is lovely. We watched the boats on the water for hours. The dish washer did have mold and the shower had a bubble in the wall. The water was also somewhat low pressure if that matters to you. The place really does nail the modern comforts with traditional aesthetic. The signing book was an adorable touch. Really enjoyed the place we doubled up in the two rooms and still had plenty of room to ourselves. The location gives one easy access to the nearby towns for...

"The apartment was very home like, spotless, clean, kitchen had all necessary amenities. We slept well; it was very quiet. We enjoyed the panorama view from the balcony. We saw the outline of Torshavn, the ships in the harbour and a panorama view of the mountains. "
