"Hotel rooms were bit dated, the air con was very old and loud. The main lifts were not working. Think hotels needs a make over. "

Advertised as with free breakfast but was refused this. Saw house keeping put all clean towels and sheets on dirty carpets outside bedroom door and not use a trolley, disgusting!"

"Hotel had plenty of parking, a restaurant, gym with pool and sauna and a Starbucks. It’s located in a really nice new area of Swansea. Room was nice big, the bed was comfortable, How there was a few stains on the carpet. Gym is ok, however changing rooms need to be cleaned more and sauna and steam room have a really strong unpleasant smell. "
