"Quiet, clean rooms, convenient for the town centre. Fresh, well-staffed breakfast. Exceeded expectations."

"Beautiful, quiet location by Loch Tay at the edge of the village. Accommodation is well maintained if a little frayed, the landscaped grounds are really well maintained. The onsite swimming pool and restaurant/bar is useful as there are limited alternatives nearby. Friendly, welcoming staff."

"First time stay, had the Andrew Hellion room, what a view, bed was fantastic. Breakfast was first class, just had a wonderful time. I was attending the Glenfiddich Piping Championships so it made the stay extra special!"

"Fantastic stay! Charming and super clean. Highly recommend"

"Great, clean room with wonderful breakfast included."

"Beds were poor and WiFi reception was appalling. Other than that, it was great"

"Great location, ideal for parking. Room was adequate and bathroom was more modern than room. Breakfast was very good….. self service buffet. No issues. Thank you"

"A great play to stay in Pitlochry. Wonderful atmosphere."

No fan or ventilation other than opening the front door."

"Great Service! From both! Thank you very much"

Unfortunately, there were many negatives during our stay: - door did not lock, no response to my phone calls, emails or messages so we slept with a bench against the door all night. I found a staff member in the morning who tried fixing the lock but said the wood was rotten - stains on carpets - large tear on couch - shower door couldn’t close so leaked ok floor - cracks in sink and an...
