"No pool or hot tub. Had to go under construction tape to get to the beach. Lobby was a complete disaster. Only a few rooms were rented out, the rest was under construction. Hard to get out of the parking area because there were construction vehicles &dumpsters in the way. Our room was nice, but did not make up for the rest. When we complained they gave us , $245 off our bill, but I have not seen that as of today"

"The Villa is mis represented on Hotels.com there is no way to secure the home no lock on the front door and the side door was a storm door that was broken and also did not lock. Also there were cob webs and dead house plants in the Villa. Run from this property I spoke to the owners and I have several text messages that say the property does not have to have a lock they have a home security system that is enough. They were awful to deal with and would not cancel the reservation. Very...
