"Sadly this was not good. Can’t understand the wonderful reviews. The carpet in room 121 was absolutely disgusting. Badly stained and even threadbare patch. Certainly not what you would expect on a 4* property and not at 115 euros. Bartender was sitting at a table talking, when asked for service he said he would be along but continued to leave us waiting.
