"It didnt start well as we couldnt get into the accommodation! They didn't send me the codes for doors! But i rang the phone number, spoke to someone straight away and codes were emailed within 5 minutes. Our room (15) was on the very top floor( city views) so was abit of a trek up LOTS of stairs so no good if you have mobility issues. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Hoe and 10 minutes into the city centre so a fab location. The room was well equipped and was perfect as a base. Room was clean...

I visited on a business trip, having to leave early each day at 7am, thus missing breakfast. When the bar staff heard this, they arranged for a breakfast to go for me each morning. "Property is only a block from the waterfront. Our room was upstairs (no lifts). Parking is off site but right around the corner. Olive is so sweet and accommodating. We had the best breakfast at a big dining table that we shared with others from around the world. Great conversation and stay. "
