"Hotel was rundown dirty small I’ll never stay there again"

"The Staff was very friendly. We did not have a fridge in our room and asked front desk if they could keep an item we bought cold overnight until we left the next day. They told us they could bring a fridge to our room and within 30 minutes or less we had the fridge. Hotel was very clean and security was available to ensure all guest were safe. Loved the view from our room!"

AC in first room didn't work 1x2 foot hole in the drywall, and front desk very reluctant to give me a new room. Bed comfortable and nice shower. There is NO WAY this is a 4 star property, maybe 1.5 stars."
