"Sadly the bar was unmanned throughout our stay as was the Spa reception. On a positive note the reception team were first class throughout our stay. Breakfast service too was a positive experience.
Lighting in bedroom and bathroom was poor with housekeeping lacking consistency e.g first day two have cloths, by day four none! Coins left on the bedside table were taken as a tip on two separate days; not a large sum but a surprising assumption! Bottle of water only provided on day one of four...
"We have had a great time at Pena Park Hotel. Definitely recommend, good food, friendly and helpful staff. We had few activities booked at the nearby Pena Aventura and it was quite relaxing to go back to the hotel and relax by the swimming pool. We will definitely go back!

"Lovely modern hotel, good breakfast & nice amenities. Free parking included. Not a particularly nice area but close enough to drive to all fabulous historical parts of Braga. Bonus that there was also a fabulous Chinese restaurant just 5 minutes walk away."

"I travel a lot to the area around Guimaraes, but I found this new hotel nestled up in the hills and it is super. I'd certainly recommend. I've stayed twice and the indoor pool (and sauna/ steam room) are excellent, and the outdoor pool and view of the mountains in the distance is idyllic.
Good food menu and room service (same menu, not a smaller one like in many hotels).
Will certainly stay again."
"The room was clean and large with a nice deck, unfortunately a hammock took up the entire deck. Our dog was welcome at this hotel. We were under the impression there was a bar/lounge, snack bar or deli and room service. All we could find was a fridge with drinks that you wrote down what you took. There is a restaurant 450 meters down the hill, we ended up driving to the grocery store. Lovely place, but we were expecting more."
"This was a very beautiful hotel. Nice breakfast buffet and beautiful grounds. Parking is extremely limited so reserve in advance to secure a spot in their tiny garage. We did not use the spa services as we were out and about.
We had a room with a balcony and a river view and it was perfect."
