Absolutely wonderful hotel, five star service and amenities. We were greeted with a welcome drink (coffee and fresh green juice were our choices). The design and ambiance is gorgeous, both antique and contemporary. The rooms are each unique and cozy, and ours had a wonderful view. This is a beautiful hotel in the hacienda style, with separate buildings, a surrounding wall and beautifully manicured grounds with many replica pre-Columbian sculptures and figurines. It is located on the slopes of the mountains just south of downtown Morelia, about a ten-minute cab ride, or a pleasant thirty-minute walk from the central city. The restaurant is excellent and the staff is friendly and professional. It is a gorgeous place which we highly recommend.
