"Photos look nicer than the actual property, although it looks nice at night. Picturesque and quiet location.
Nice trail walk to town.
Breakfast was poor, only black tea and coffee and run out very quickly, we asked several times for coffee and they ignored us, more a 3 stars breakfast overall.
Rooms very basic."

"I wanted to share a unique and uncommon help by Nia and the rest of the staff. She went far above and beyond to help me.
Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. Her service raises the bar for everyone in hospitality. "

"Best hotel we have stayed in in Vietnam. We love the hotel grounds, it's so natural, beautiful, and full of wildlife.
Swimming pool, both indoor and outdoor was good and clean.
Very friendly staff.

"Absolutely loved it here! Very quiet and calm area. Every room is along a pond that is so pretty! This place has a great breakfast and offers free bicycles which are a great way to get around! The staff are all kind and friendly! Really enjoyed my stay here! "
