"This is a most impressive hotel with welcoming and professional staff, lovely rooms and a superb breakfast (it's a long time since I've had a fried egg in a hotel breakfast buffet). The room was spacious, comfortable and well soundproofed and also with very good blackout blinds. As mentioned, there is no car parking on site, but the municipal car park is a minute's walk away and is safe and inexpensive (there is also a shopping centre car park a five-minute walk away). We will certainly be back...

"Traditional hotel that had plenty of character, good parking and a super location. However, the furniture, carpets, etc all felt a bit dated. Breakfast was a bit on the basic side. I'd go back though. The town centre was really good, loads of bars and restaurants that seemed exceptional value."

"Schön gelegenes Hotel am Ortsrand von MOD. Wir waren 2 Tage mit dem Rad da. Frühstück und der Wellness Bereich super gut. Personal auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden wiederkommen, wenn wir wieder eine Tour in die Gegend planen. Empfehlung sehr gut. J. K. Weber"

"Beautiful hotel, feels like museum. Lovely spacious room, bed wasn’t the most comfortable- booked room with bigger bed, but not sure it really was bigger and very squeaky. Very nice breakfast. Would happily come back."
