"My stay was great. The hotel staff does everything in their power to make sure they solve every issue you may have, as little as it may be. They always are willing to listen and never drop the ball. My wife and one of my kids cannot eat gluten, and they did everything they could to make sure they had safe food every time, and accomodated to the different meals we asked for them every day. "Expedia provided an amazing picture of the room overlooking the ocean which I have yet to find in the entire hotel. The staff was amazing very accommodating and very courteous. The bathroom facilities were amazing. The shower is always had hot water and were of a good size. The towels were very rough and after complaining on our last night, we finally got amazingly soft towels. It’s too bad they waited till the last day we were there. We went to Brazil for an amazing vacation and to top it off...
