"Room was perfect and the facilities within the room were excellent. All staff went out of their way to help us. We really enjoys the breakfasts and the evening meals. The location was very good. The concierge we met each day in the foyer was wonderful and very helpful. Thank you. We were sorry when our stay ended."

"２月に3泊4日で滞在しました。常に親切に対応して頂き、とても心地良い旅ができました。
また、個人で申し込んだツアーでピックアップして貰えなかったトラブルがおきました。
その時もフロントの方が業者の方とやり取りをしてくれました。旅行の日程の都合で日にちを変えてツアーに参加する事はできませんでした。しかし、ツアー料金の返金手続きをしてもらいました。ベトナム語が話せないので、間にはいって話して貰えたのは大変助かりました。ありがとうございました。
他にも常に困ってる事はないですか？聞いて頂けて安心して旅行を楽しむ事ができました。
お部屋もとても広くて快適に過ごせました。
ホテルスタッフの方々、本当にありがとうございました。また泊まりに行きたいです。"
