The cons are the daily buffets and beverages which are below average and quite repetitive. My family initially took the family apartment which turned out to have very old furniture, only one AC in one of the rooms and a very old shower with bad curtains so the water ended up on the floor. This is uncommon and should disqualify this hotel from its 4-Star standard category. This toilet requirement should be transparent and guests should be aware in advance at time of booking and not informed at check-in. This leaves the guests no recourse to cancel booking if unsatisfied with this unsanitary...
