"The staff was fabulous. Friendly, helpful and the vibe was more like a visit with friends than a hotel. We rode horses a first for both of us and the guides and stable folks were terrific. Location is good for site seeing in the Vik area. The rooms were comfortable. 10/10. "

"I loved this cottage and was so sad to leave! I have never stayed at such a comfortable and cozy place. We arrived late at night and it was such a breath of fresh air walking into the cottage. Everything was just perfect. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. We were close to the golden circle and south coast so a slow exploration of the area was possible. "

"Photos can not capture the beautiful scenery at the villa. You are surrounded by nature and the view of the Northern Lights surrounds the area when they are dancing. Our teens, young adults, middle-aged, and senior family members were all able to enjoy the spacious layout. Travel to local sights is easy and worth it in order to be in the tranquil quiet by the lake. I highly recommend staying here. The owners are wonderful hosts."

"TL;DR version: avoid at all costs. In fact, avoid Aurora as a management company at all costs. There is no climate control in the house and no screens. So the choices are either: live in a house that’s 33 C or open all windows and doors to get eaten alive by gnats and midges.
