"Really liked the hotel with some caveats. The staff is very friendly, the lobby and restaurant area are quite nice and large and location is great. The rooms are large yet very bland in the sense they are overly white and barely decorated. The bathroom was uncomfortable and after showering everything was wet and it smelled of dampness for the rest of the day. Another thing I disliked were the fluorescent, bright lights in the hallways. The light flooded into the room. That's a really easy fix...

"Great location in Recoleta, we were able to walk to many restaurants and landmarks. We got a 3-bedroom apartment fir our group of five persons. It was clean and spacious and had a cute kitchen and cozy living room/dining room. The bathrooms could benefit from some renovation. I thought the apartment was advertised as 3bedrooms/3bathrooms but it was only two bathrooms. The complimentary breakfast buffet was ok and offered pretty much the same thing every day. The staff was kind and helpful."

"The front desk staff inpartucular William is extremely knowledgable and helpful. He went our of his way to help me find a pharmacy after hours. Also Cinthia, which works the breakfast service was very pleasant and kind. She made sure we had what we needed and also was very attentive to detail and quicly restocked food and beverages at the breakfast buffet. Overal, we enjoyed our stay, we hope to go back soon."
