"Great location and views, however incredibly overcrowded communal areas during the day (pool oversubscribed, reception cluttered with early arrivals). The room was spacious however incredibly damp and humid, noticeable on every wall. Air-con was in the room but basically didn’t condition the rooms to the point where going outside in 28 degrees was more refreshing than being inside. Both nights sleep were terrible"

"The resort was wonderful, food was really good, the Bravo staff was great. The only improvement could be the quality of the VOI Concierge activities, we joined the Lipari/Vulcano one and it was expensive and unsatisfactory, I would suggest to future guests to check external activities not ones organised by the resort."

"Our stay at Hotel Eros was terrific. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the proximity to beaches. The pool was lovely. Breakfast had many options and was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. "

"Ganska så lugn resort nära stranden där all underhållning på italienska. Underhållning så DÄR , störande på kvällen.Alla i personal kan inte engelska. Dock Underbart vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Pool stängt 2,5timme mitt på dagen. AC kostar 10euro per dag och då bara igång vissa tider.Vid ankomst i juni safefy box låst,hygienartiklar i badrum saknades,tv funkade inte.Ac funkade inte så det blev rumsbyte efter 2 dagar till ett rum med sämre utsikt och stinkande badrum. "Hotel was hard to find. Once there the staff was pleasant. The surprise came when we had to drive up a long dirt road to our villa. Once there the room and view was great. We had to Steve to the pool, restaurant bs bar. A little inconvenient but nevertheless a unique experience. Driving a must to get around. Not a close walk to anywhere."
