"Amazing hotel with wonderful staff who are all so polite and friendly!! The food on offer from breakfast to dinner was delicious. The fireplace was peaceful with relaxing surroundings. Not forgetting the spa and swimming area, I can’t wait to return. "

"Brilliant in all aspects. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa. The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around...

"Breakfast was delicious, lots of options. The rooms were hot, would nice to have a fan in the room. The lounge in late afternoon would be nice to be open, ended up going somewhere else. "

"A beautiful hotel and spa, spottlessly clean and well maintained. Plenty of choice of food. The hotel is in the pretty village of Bad Hofgastein with plenty of amenities and lovely views. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. "
