"Our stay at Valamar Lacroma was delightful! We informed them we were on our honeymoon and they upgraded our room to a stunning Suite, such a thoughtful gesture! We especially loved every staff member we met, their service was top tier. We especially want to give a shout out to Dubravka and Hrvoje at the front desk who helped us with a very complicated issue and spent quite some time translating for us! We also got great recommendations and service from Dominik and Marin! Also have to mention...

"The staff was friendly and helpful, but when I specifically asked if everything was clear for a person in our party arriving later and was convinced all was fine, the staff at the front desk on time of arrival was not made aware of the arrangements. The room keys constantly ceased working, this was of course remedied promptlt by the staff, but it made me a bit wary of room security. The rooms were small but nice and clean. Beds were a bit too hard for some of our group, and the pillows divided...

"The hotel was a bit away from the old town but with a bus stop right in front that went directly there. The bed was very comfortable, very good shower and great staff. It’s on a very busy street and our room was a bit noisy from traffic. There are not any amenities, except an on site restaurant, but we knew that going in. A good hotel to base your activities from. "
