"Overall, we had a great stay at Alyeska. The room was clean and recently renovated, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower had strong water pressure and the hot and cold water came through quickly. The hair dryer was a T3 and worked well. The only issues we had were the resolution of the T.V. in the room was a little fuzzy and our room was supposed to have bathrobes but it did not. The restaurants we ate at were very good. Unfortunately, the aerial tram was down for annual...

"The staff was awesome and welcoming. I had an issue with my primary room and they were able to switch my room with zero problems. The breakfast was good. Easy parking. The building was under construction when I arrived. Actually my 2nd stay at the location. "

"Location and space couldn’t be better! Being a new hotel, there was a check in hiccup, but the team immediately answered our call and got us checked in & inside in no time. This was a perfect size for our party of 2 - having the living room for late night TV and planning for our next day, a kitchen for breakfasts and all the coffee/tea fixings, and the blackout curtains in the bedroom & comfy bed. Would absolutely recommended! "

"Our door code fell off the check in instructions in our hotels.com app. Luckily I had already spoke to our host and he was able to open the garage door remotely. We parked in the very clean garage and used that as our entry/exit point each day. Kitchen is full size and has all the cooking items needed. Host supplied several coffee k cups, but if you want sugar, tea or hot chocolate, you will need to bring it. Lots of spices and salt and pepper. Host supplied laundry supplies, shampoo,...
