"I have stayed at the hotel several times and I have even had a yearly not for profit functions held at the hotel for two years, which were beautiful. This time, clearly it was not the same. The room had roaches crawling in the bathroom tub and sink. My husband went to complain to management and instead of providing a better room, after waiting a day, we were given a room that was 1/2 as small as what we had. There was construction going on the site and therefore there was no entertainment. ...
"Overall, the resort was okay, and I genuinely enjoyed my time there. However, there are a few areas that could definitely use improvement.
My biggest issue was the food. The buffet had a variety of items, but they often felt random and didn’t really go together, pancakes in one section and curry chicken in another. Because the options were limited, we mostly stuck to the fresh food stations, like the omelet and pasta stations.
We really enjoyed the food at Nibbles, but the menu never changed....
"Everything at this resort was excellent l still can’t believe this place had 4 beautiful pools. My hubby is telling me to book a reservation for next year already."
"Good staff, good property. Convenient walk to the beach and restaurant. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Not your average eggs and bacon, you get many options. The one thing I have a complaint about is the shower was not all that it’s like a rain shower head and the faucet had broke so I couldn’t manage the temperature. I did not complain to the staff about it bc it wasn’t a deal breaker I just dealt with it and the water was warm. If you use all the coffee pods in the room they will charge...
"If you have ever been to Cancun, and loved the service from the staff. Don't go to Grenada. The island itself is a sorry crumbling infrastructure I would expect in a much poorer country. Coyaba Beach resort gets 2 stars..one for the best beach I have ever walked on, and 2 for the best ocean swim I've ever had. The stuff they had nothing to do with ! This place is well passed its lifetime. The Garden was beautiful, but the food sucked..bad. NO INDOOR DINING ! 12 degrees from the equator...I...
"Very cute and romantic. The bathroom was outside which I wasn’t a huge fan of because of the mosquitoes. The lounge pool was everything. Bring your bug spray and mosquito candles and keep them lit or you will be eaten alive. Food was really good as well as the drinks. Service was great. Breakfast is over priced but tasty. I would stay here again but know what to bring ahead of time is helpful."
"Très bel hôtel dans la nature et collé à la plage. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine est délicieuse et le personnel est très attentionné. J’y retournerais avec plaisir :)"
"My stay was absolutely lovely, just far too short! It truly feels like a secret hideaway, perfect for comfort, peace, and relaxation. The pool, breathtaking views, delicious food, and wonderful staff were all amazing. And the rooms? OMG so scenic and beautifully designed! I can always appreciate thoughtful architecture and attention to detail.
Nina gave me a 10/10 massage, and Jen was an absolute doll so warm and welcoming. Overall, such a beautiful experience, and I’ll definitely make it a...
"This was the most beautiful place that we have stayed! worth every penny and the staff lady and housekeeper were great! Thank you Maca Bana we will definitely be returning!"
"The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."
"Everything was absolutely wonderful!! the property exceeded my expectations beyond belief. I would definitely book again and recommend to my family and friends. The young lady at the checkout desk was extremely helpful and had a great personality as well."
"HOTEL IS IN NICE LOCATION BUT THE PLACE WAS NOT PROPERLY UPKEEP. THEY NEED TO DO SOME WORK ON THE ROOMS TO UPGRADE THE WINDOW CURTAINS ARE OLD, THE CUPBOARDS ARE ROTTING AS FAST AS THE CLEANER SWEEP THE FLOOR IS BEING PLAGUED WITH THE WOOD WORMS, THE BATHTUB NEED SEALING BECAUSE BETWEEN THE CRACKS ROACHES KEEP COMING OUT AT NIGHTS,THE BATH TOWELS LOOKED DINGY AND SMELLED MUSKY. URGENT ATTENTION NEEDED IN ORDER TO KEEP THE CUSTOMERS COMING!
BESIDES ALL THAT NEGATIVE REVIEWS THE STAFF WAS VERY...
"Great villia. Everything was as noted. Stairs are not challenging if you can do them. But they are everywhere. Each room has less than 5 to get to them. Views are amazing!"
