"Couldn't fault this hotel at all. From the beautiful grounds, the grandeur of the building, the impeccable customer service, the delicious food, the spacious, elegant room, the clean, luxurious spa. The drinks were a tad on the pricey side, but the mid week room price including spa access was excellent value for money. Would come here again in heartbeat. "

A little annoying to have to pay extra for parking without warning, would have been nicer to be able to include that in the payment upon booking. "There was a slight confusion with the room allocation, which the reception staff on Friday evening rectified with consideration and courtesy. The room was prepared to a very high standard. Our stay was for two night's (bed/breakfast). The buffet style breakfast was to a very high standard, fresh and hot. All the hotel staff were courteous, polite and deticated to delivering a perfect customer experience. Would recommend this hotel very highly. "
