"Rooms were nice a big with a great bathroom. Very good value for money. For what we paid the breakfast was good, if we would have been staying in the main hotel (£300 difference), I would have been very disappointed."

"Paid more for a king room. Room251…no A/C working, no bottled waters left in fridge. The room was like a sauna and made us feel ill. Only 1 bath towel in bathroom but we found another in a cupboard. Felt like the room was rushed. Overlooked the main street. My husband witnessed a fight and there was a lot of noise from all the homeless people. Open drug use. We will never be back. "We were on the first floor so the window was so high up you couldn’t see out of it. The quilt cover was ripped at the top and had been put on inside out. The shower was ok but no instruction for use were anywhere to be seen. Staff were very helpful. It was a bit noisy at night as sound proofing isn’t amazing but good enough. The pitch of the ceiling in our room came down low enough that I could hit my head on it."
