"To start, the property is dated and that much is apparent from the photos so this review is on the basis that the dated decor and slightly out of dated facilities is already known. The pros - the view is unbelievable, of the town and Mount Etna on one side and the bay on the other. The position is also excellent, being opposite the Florence Trevelyn park (which adds to the view). The staff are very friendly especially the barman and cleaners. "A fabulous boutique hotel! We had an amazing stay at this hotel - the facilities were excellent - with lots of extra touches, the staff are all lovely and very helpful, the pool area is amazing, outside space is lovely with the most amazing views, our room was spacious and comfortable, location is superb, very close to the centre - everything was perfect and I would highly recommend staying here. "

"The views were amazing from this hotel, pretty much from all areas. They have a large wonderful breakfast buffet with hot and cold food, great coffee and all you can drink mimosas. The bus stop is less than a half block across the street with restaurants all the way up and around top of hill. Lots of fun shops too!’"
