Key issue though, it is in a remote location so you absolutely need to arrange transportation to and from with hotel. We did not do this and paid price. We rented a car but had to return it an hour away. And train stops and taxis need to be coordinated. Whew. "

There was limited transportation in the area and it seemed like a spot that didn’t have much going on since they were off season. We felt safe but others described it might have been a more off the beaten path type of location. "This was perfect for the two of us. We loved that it was close enough to everything we wanted to do/see but out of the congestion/ crowds when we were ready to relax and chill by the ocean. The apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and well kept. The only downside was the large public parking lot between our balcony and the ocean however there was a nice patio with lounge chairs down by the water for us to enjoy. The staff were very kind and helpful. "

"Cons: Hotel is dated. It needs a whole facelift and modern curtains and bedding colors. It was all burgundy red!! :( And the all inclusive is not all it should be. There were restrictions at the pool bar, which makes it inconvenient. The Spa was always closed. It opened by appointments only. So that limited our options. No shuttle availability. Pros: Room, bedding and bathroom were clean. Stunning views!! And close to town. This hotel has so much potential. The best part was the...
