"예약 후 방문했음에도 불구하고 예약 확인이 안되어 30분 정도 기다릴수 밖에 없었고...
빌라에 도착했는데 청소중이라 바닥에는 물기가 그대로 있었으며 10분 넘게 또 기다릴수 밖에 없었습니다.
그리고 에어컨 내부 청결상태가 불량했고 침대 및 이불은 사용하기 싫을 정도였습니다.
좋은 위치, 풍경, 가격대의 고품질 빌라로써 개선을 했으면 좋겠네요"

"Too far from hanoi. When we checked in, no front desk, just the guard who hardly speak English. Unable to turn on heater as no instructions when we got in later."
