"The hotel is in a good and central location. The room was very clean but a bit small and cramped. The Japanese style futons were comfortable, annd the room was very quiet. The onsen was super nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Small points to consider:
1. Restaurant has no western style breakfast.
2. Lobby is basically a hallway with no comfortable place to sit, have a drink, etc.

"The service and room amenities were great. It's close to the train station both above and below ground, which is helpful when lugging suitcases to and from the hotel. "

"Breakfast was good with options for both adults and kids. I didn’t like having to get amenities on the first floor, rather than having them in the room already. The bed was okay, but probably the least comfortable on my trip so far. I have a bad back and I found myself tossing and turning a lot overnight. The hotel is close to a bus stop, which made getting around very easy. "

"Great location. Excellent staff. Great choice of food at breakfast. Hotel was impeccably presented. Only slight negative was a limited menu during the day. Would recommend staying here however. "
